Jurats: Administering oaths or affirmations for sworn statements and affidavits.

Witnessing or Attesting Signatures: Watching you sign and confirming the authenticity of your documents.
Certified Copies of Non-Recordable Documents: Providing certified copies of original non-recordable documents such as diplomas, transcripts, medical records, or personal letters. (Notaries in PA cannot certify vital records like birth, death, or marriage certificates.)
Depositions: Notarizing depositions and sworn testimony for use in legal proceedings.
General Document Notarization: Handling a wide variety of documents, including travel forms, parental consents, powers of attorney, and more.

What areas do you serve?
I service all of Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County. Travel fees vary by distance and appointment type.
Do you offer Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
Yes. All RON appointments are completed through BlueNotary, a secure, compliant platform where you can notarize from any location.
What do I need for a mobile notary appointment?
• A valid, unexpired government-issued ID
• The document in its final form (not filled out in front of me unless told otherwise)
• All signers present
• Witnesses if required (I can assist with witness coordination upon request)
What do I need for a RON appointment?
• Valid ID
• Stable internet
• Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera + mic
• Ability to complete identity verification (KBA)
Do you provide witnesses?
Witnesses can be coordinated for an additional fee. Please let me know in advance so I can ensure availability.
Can you notarize documents for attorneys and law firms?
Absolutely. I frequently assist with:
• Estate plans
• Trusts
• POAs
• Affidavits
• Real estate closings
• Out-of-state signer accommodations (via RON)
What documents do you NOT notarize?
I cannot notarize incomplete documents, blank signature pages, or documents that require legal advice.
I also cannot notarize without proper identification.
What happens if I don’t pass identity verification during RON?
BlueNotary charges a small fee for additional KBA attempts. If you fail verification after all attempts, the session cannot continue.
Do you travel to hospitals, nursing homes, or correctional facilities?
Yes. These appointments require additional travel and time accommodations, so please reach out directly for scheduling.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
• Ensure the document is complete
• All signers must have valid ID
• Confirm witness requirements
• For mobile appointments, have a clean, flat surface available (but I always have my clipboard just in case)
Also make sure to complete the intake form that gets emailed to you!
Can you provide legal advice?
No. As a notary, I cannot explain documents, interpret legal language, or advise on how to complete your paperwork.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, cash app, all card payments are processed through Square via invoice or card at the appointment (a 4% fee applies to all Square transactions). RON payments are made through BlueNotary.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Same-day times fill quickly, especially evenings. Attorneys and real estate professionals are encouraged to schedule as early as possible or text for availability.
